Our plan includes two precision tune-ups per year, one for cooling and one for heating (Spring and Fall), along with priority customer benefits.

  • Completion of HOA forms (if provided prior to the visit)

Important to know:

We specialize in supporting homeowners, property owners and property managers in Northern Virginia.

– Scheduling Coordination: We coordinate directly with tenants, homeowners, and property managers to simplify the scheduling process.
– No Trip Charges: We do not charge trip fees for maintenance visits.
– Business Hours: Maintenance services are typically performed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There is no additional charge for services performed outside of normal business hours.
– Service Duration: Most maintenance visits take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
– Weather Requirements: To accurately test your air conditioning system and refrigerant levels, the outdoor temperature must be between 65°F and 70°F or higher. During the winter, the outdoor temperature must be at least 60°F to 65°F to properly evaluate your heating system’s performance. If weather conditions do not meet these minimum requirements at the time of your appointment, we will contact you to reschedule your service to ensure an accurate system evaluation.
